SAINT-GOBAIN CANCELS 6.1 MILLION SHARES
On August 13, 2020, Saint-Gobain has cancelled 6,100,000 treasury shares
acquired on the market. This cancellation serves to offset an equivalent amount
of new shares issued, the same day, under the share capital increase reserved
for employees (the Saint-Gobain Group Savings Plan).
Following these operations, the total number of shares composing the capital is
544.7 million shares and the number of shares outstanding is now 541.6 million
shares.
