SAINT-GOBAIN FINALIZES THE SALE OF LAPEYRE
After entering into exclusive negotiations on November 9, 2020, Saint-Gobain
announces the finalization of the sale of Lapeyre to Mutares, a company listed
on the Frankfurt stock market.
This transaction is part of the Group's efforts to concentrate its resources on
strategic activities.
