Rueil-Malmaison (France), March 19, 2021 - Further to the announcement made on
25th August 2020, Schneider Electric, the global leader in digital
transformation of energy management and automation, is pleased to announce that
its majority owned subsidiary AVEVA has today successfully completed the
acquisition of OSIsoft. OSIsoft will be fully consolidated within the
Industrial Automation business through AVEVA.
Following completion Schneider Electric's shareholding in AVEVA is 58.6%.
