                New significant contract with local authorities
                            in soil remediation markets

                   Séché Environnement wins a EUR 21m contract
                 for the rehabilitation of La Gabarre (Guadalupe)

Séché Environnement has been attributed the contract for the remediation of La
Gabarre, in Guadalupe.

Under this important contract (EUR 21m), Séché Environnement will be in charge
of rehabilitating the Pointe-à-Pitre community's household waste landfill,
from 2011 to 2013.

This rehabilitation will be exemplary in environmental terms with reference to
the prefectorial decree  fixing the conditions for the end of its exploitation
and the main objectives of its remediation.

This new major success in soil remediation markets illustrates the pertinence
of Séché's rehabilitation offers among local authorities, in a favorable
environmental regulatory framework that enhances commercial opportunities for
the Group.

          Release of consolidated revenue as at December 31, 2010:
                       January 27, 2011 (after market)
