Information on Solocal Equity Line
Solocal announces that it has raised 16.4 million euros on 5th December 2019
via its equity line with Kepler Cheuvreux(1). On the back of this significant
contribution, Solocal indicates that is has no obligation to draw on total
amount of the line and would use this means of financing, if needed, for the
sole purpose of additional financial flexibility.
New shares have been purchased partly by the market and by seven investors(2),
including 10 million euros by three historic shareholders - Amar Family Office
and Nobel represented on the Board of Directors, and DNCA Finance - confirming
their firm resolve to keep supporting the Company's transformation plan.
