    Pierre Danon, Chairman of the Board of Directors, increases his stake in
                              Solocal's capital

On 28th  February 2020, Pierre Danon, Chairman of Solocal's Board of Directors,
acquired 107,088 net shares(1) in Solocal's capital, bringing his total stake
in Solocal to 753,378 shares.

(1) The operation on 28th February 2020 was carried out in two phases, with the
sale of 137 662 directly owned shares, and the concomitant acquisition of 244
750 shares through Cordial Investments and Consulting Limited, a corporation
related to Pierre Danon.
