Press release regarding the filing of the amendment to the 2019 Universal
Registration Document of Solocal Group

Amendment to the 2019 Universal Registration Document

The amendment to the 2019 Universal Registration Document of Solocal Group has
been filed with French financial markets authority (AMF) on 20th July 2020
under filing number D.20-0429-A01.

It is made available to the public under the conditions provided by the
regulations in force.

The French version of the amendment to the 2019 Universal Registration Document
is available to the public on Solocal website via the following link

The free English translation of the amendment to the 2019 Universal

Resignation of Philippe Besnard from his position as Non-Voting Director.

In addition, Solocal announces that Mr. Philippe Besnard informed the Company
by letter dated July 7, 2020 of his decision to resign from his position as
Non-Voting Director.
