* 2016 financial statements and EUR0.53 dividend per share approved, to be paid
out as from May 31, 2017
* Approval of all resolutions
The quorum was established at 75.857%.
Approval of 2016 Financial Statements
At the Shareholders' General Meeting held on May 16th 2017, the shareholders
approved the statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2016.
Dividend
The Shareholders' General Meeting approved the allocation of the Company's 2016
earnings and the distribution of a EUR0.53 dividend per share. This dividend
will be paid out as from May 31, 2017.
All other resolutions submitted to the vote were approved by the
shareholders.

The webcast of the main moments of the Shareholders' General Meeting will also
