* 2017 financial statements and EUR0.56 dividend per share approved, to be paid
out as from May 31, 2018
* Approval of all resolutions
The quorum was established at 65.840%.
Approval of 2017 Financial Statements
At the Shareholders' General Meeting held on May 25th 2018, the shareholders
approved the statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2017.
Dividend
The Shareholders' General Meeting approved the allocation of the Company's 2017
earnings and the distribution of a EUR0.56 dividend per share. An interim
dividend of EUR0.16 per share having been paid on September 29, 2017, the
balance of the dividend to be paid for the financial year ended December 31,
2017, amounting to EUR0.40 per share, will be paid out as from May 31, 2018.
All other resolutions submitted to the vote were approved by the shareholders.
