         SPIE SA announces the publication of its 2018 Registration
            Document including the 2018 Annual Financial Report

Cergy-Pontoise, April 18th, 2019 - SPIE SA announces the publication of its
2018 Registration Document, including the Annual Financial Report for the 2018
fiscal year, registered by the French securities regulator, the Autorité des
marchés financiers (AMF) on April 17th, 2018 under the number D.19-0354.

This 2018 Registration Document includes, among other items:

* the 2018 Annual Financial Report;

* the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors;

* the Report of the Board of directors on corporate governance, as well as the
  Statutory Auditors' Report thereon;

* the internal control procedures and risk management implemented by the Group;

* the Report on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as well as the
  Independent Supervisory Body's Report thereon.

The French version of the 2018 Registration Document are available on the SPIE
SA website (www.spie.com) and on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org). The
English version of the 2018 Registration Document will also shortly be
available on the SPIE SA website (www.spie.com).

This 2018 Registration Document is also available at the SPIE SA corporate
