* Approval of the 2020 financial statements and a EUR0.44 dividend per share,
to be paid on May 27, 2021.
* Approval of all resolutions.
The quorum was established at 74.822%.
Approval of 2020 Financial Statements
At the Shareholders' General Meeting held on May 12th, 2021, the shareholders
approved the statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2020.
Dividend
The Shareholders' General Meeting approved the allocation of the Company's 2020
earnings and the distribution of a EUR0.44 dividend per share to be paid on May
27, 2021 (Ex-Date May 25, 2021).
Administrator
The General Meeting approved the ratification of the appointment of Mrs.
Sandrine Téran as Director, in replacement of Mrs Sophie Stabile, as well as
her appointment as Director.
The General Meeting also approved the appointment of Mr. Patrick Jeantet as
Director. All other resolutions submitted to the vote were approved by the
shareholders.
