DGAP-Ad-hoc: Stabilus S.A. / Key word(s): Dividend Stabilus S.A.: Management Board and Supervisory Board propose dividend of €1.25 per share for fiscal year 2021 Luxembourg/Koblenz, December 9, 2021 - The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Stabilus S.A. (ISIN: LU1066226637) today resolved to propose to the Annual General Meeting on February 16, 2022, the distribution of a dividend for fiscal year 2021 in the amount of €1.25 per share (dividend paid out for FY2020: €0.50 per share). The proposed dividend for FY2021 would thus be above the current market expectation and above the dividend level before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, when a dividend of €1.10 per share was paid for fiscal year 2019. The total proposed dividend payout amounts to €30.9 million. In relation to the consolidated net income attributable to shareholders, the payout ratio would be approximately 42%, slightly above the Stabilus S.A.'s targeted payout ratio of 20% to 40% of consolidated net income.
