                 COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF MAY 12th, 2015
     AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS IN PREPARATION FOR THE GENERAL MEETING

The Company's shareholders' are called to a Combined General Meeting on Tuesday
May 12th, 2015 at 3 p.m. at Carrousel du Louvre, 99, rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris.

The notice of meeting serving as convocation, containing the agenda and the
draft resolutions as well as the terms and conditions on how to attend and to
vote at this General Meeting, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces
Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) on February 27th, 2015.

The information and documents relating to the General Meeting will be made
available to shareholders in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory
provisions, and may, in particular, be consulted on the Company's website.

The General Meeting will be asked in particular to:

* approve the allocation of a dividend of EUR 0,65 per share, with an
  ex-dividend date on May 15th, 2015 and a payment date on May 19th, 2015 ;

* approve the cooptations of Mrs. Anne LAUVERGEON and Mr. Isidro FAINE CASAS as
  Directors and the renewals as Director of Mrs. Valérie BERNIS, Mrs. Isabelle
  KOCHER, Mrs. Anne LAUVERGEON, Mr. Nicolas BAZIRE and Mr. Lorenz d'ESTE ;

* amend the Company's bylaws, particularly to maintain simple voting rights and
  to organize, in accordance with the law, the appointment process for a
  Director representing employee shareholders ;

* renew various financial authorizations granted by previous general meetings.
