                     FILING OF THE 2017 REFERENCE DOCUMENT

SUEZ announces the publication of the 2017 Reference Document, which has been
filed on April 10, 2018 with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under
number D.18-0313.

The Reference Document is available on SUEZ's website www.suez.com and on the
AMF's website (www.amf-france.org).

Copies of the Reference Document are also available at the company's head
office: Tour CB21, 16, place de l'Iris, 92040 PARIS LA DEFENSE Cedex.

The Reference Document includes the following documents:

- the 2017 annual financial report;

- the report on the corporate governance by the Board of Directors;

- the information relating to the Combined Shareholders' Meeting of May 17th,
  2018 (the text of the draft resolutions and the related reports of the
  Statutory Auditors and the Board of Directors);

- a description of the share buyback program.
