SUEZ COMPLETES THE SALE OF 20% OF ITS REGULATED WATER ACTIVITIES IN THE USA
In compliance with the agreement signed on July 25th, 2018 with PGGM, a leading
Dutch pension fund manager, SUEZ has completed on March 1st, 2019 the sale of
20% of the capital of Suez Water resources Inc., the parent company for all its
regulated water activities in the USA. The transaction was completed for a cash
consideration of $601m.
