          POSTPONEMENT OF THE GENERAL MEETING TO JUNE 30, 2021

As announced on May 14, 2021 and in connection with the Combination Agreement
signed with Veolia, the date of SUEZ's General Meeting, initially scheduled for
June 22, 2021 has been postponed to Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 2:30 p.m.

It is reminded that this General Meeting will be held without the physical
presence of the shareholders at the Company's head office, Tour CB21, 16, place
de l'Iris, 92040 Paris-La Défense Cedex.

A notice of adjournment and a notice of meeting were published in the "Bulletin
des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires" today.

The Ordinary General Meeting of June 30, 2021 is called to deliberate on the
same agenda as the one in the notice of meeting published in the BALO on April
30, 2021. The resolutions remain unchanged except for the third resolution
relating to the allocation of the net income for the year ended and the
determination of the dividend, for which the ex- dividend date and payment date
are set at July 6 and 8, 2021 respectively, instead of June 28 and 30, 2021.
