The Social Chain AG: Revenue and EBITDA forecast for the financial year 2023

Berlin, April 27, 2023 – In connection with the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of The Social Chain AG (WKN: A1YC99, ISIN:DE000A1YC996, Ticker: PU11) (hereinafter "TSC"), the Management Board together with the Supervisory Board of TSC today intensively discussed the expected business development of the TSC Group in the financial year 2023.

Based on the portfolio streamlining already completed in the financial year 2023 and the further restructuring measures also planned for the financial year 2023, the Management Board of TSC currently expects consolidated revenues of approximately EUR 270 to 290 million for the financial year 2023 with a positive consolidated EBITDA (excluding proceeds from M&A) of EUR 8 to 10 million.

The forecast is based on the assumption of stable exchange rates and largely intact supply chains until the end of the financial year.
