Thermador Groupe and Sanidom' shareholders have signed a contract under certain
conditions precedent with a view to Thermador Groupe's acquisition of all the
shares in the company Sanidom based in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (France,
Val-de-Marne county) before the end of 2018. Sanidom is lead holding company
owning the companies Etablissements Edouard Rousseau based in
Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, Rousseau S.A based in Getafe (Madrid, Spain) and
Manupex based in Etigny (France, Yonne county). Together, they reported
consolidated turnover of EUR35.5m in 2017 (before IFRS 15) with a workforce of
92.
This group of companies sells a comprehensive range of bathroom and kitchen
taps to DIY and major food retailers in France and Spain.
The main aim of the operation is to assemble the strengths and assets of Dipra
(Thermador Groupe subsidiary) and Sanidom to create a single company that is
better equipped to meet the increasing demands of its very large corporate
customers within the next 3 years.
