Increase in capital reserve to employees
In spite of the highly alarming circumstances at the moment, and the volatility
of the share price, the employees of Thermador Groupe are totally committed to
taking advantage of the increase in capital reserved to them as part of the
collective management of the company (authorisation given by the Annual General
Meeting of April 8, 2019).
We thank them most warmly for their confidence and loyalty.
As a result, 91,098 Thermador Groupe shares (1% of the capital) will be created
on April 27, 2020 to complete this operation. They will then be incorporated
into the FCP Thermador Groupe mutual fund which held 2.7% of capital at
31.12.2019.
