Voltalia announces the appointment of Christian Egal as Head of European
subsidiaries
Michel Crémieux becomes Deputy CEO in charge of Strategy and Organization

emerging markets and his managerial experience will help foster the development
of Voltalia and achieve the company's ambitious targets. He succeeds Michel
Crémieux who has driven the integration of Martifer Solar within Voltalia.

Voltalia (Euronext Paris, ISIN code: FR0011995588), an international player in
renewable energies, announces the appointment of Christian Egal as Head of
European Subsidiaries. He succeeds Michel Crémieux who takes responsibility
for Strategy and Organization.
Christian Egal will be responsible for boosting the Group's growth in European
countries where it is already present in order to accelerate the development
and implementation of new projects in those countries. As the Group expands
into new countries, Christian will form permanent teams to ensure a sustainable
growth.
Christian Egal brings along 35 years of experience in the energy sector, mostly
in renewable energies. After his start at ADEME, he joined Sinerg, France's
leading energy third-party financing company, where he became Deputy Chief
Executive Officer. Following a period at Cogetherm, EDF's subsidiary
specialized in the development of cogeneration projects, he joined Gamesa as
Managing Director for France in 2003. He then became CEO of EDF Energy
Renewables, the subsidiary of EDF Energies Nouvelles in the UK. Since 2015, he
was Head of International Operations at EDF EN.

Michel Crémieux is now Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Group
Strategy and Organization. After serving as a leader of international energy
companies, he brings to Voltalia his strategic vision and experience in
corporate structuring. In a context of strong organic growth and with the
integration of Martifer Solar, human resources will be a major challenge in his
new position. In this new role, Michel Crémieux will focus on team development
and on further growing internal expertise while always fostering the culture
that makes Voltalia special.
