Availability of the 2016 annual financial report

Voltalia (Euronext Paris, ISIN code: FR0011995588), an international player in
renewable energies, announces this day the publication of its annual financial
report as of December, 31 2016.
This document is available on the Company's website (in French only) at
www.voltalia.com under the heading "Investor/Regulated information" and at the
Company's registered office at 28, rue de Mogador, 75 009 Paris, France, upon
request.
The CSR Report (Social and Environmental Responsibility, in French only), the
Management Report ("Rapport de Gestion", in French only) and the Chairman's
Report ("Rapport du Président", in French only) are included in this annual
financial report.
