Availability of the 2016 Registration document
Voltalia (Euronext Paris, ISIN code: FR0011995588), an international player in
renewable energies, announces today that its Registration document was filed
with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on June 23, 2017 under number
R.17-047.
The Registration document notably includes the following information:
- The 2016 annual financial report;
- The report on internal control and corporate governance;
- The report of the external auditors and the amount of their fees;
- Information relating to the liquidity contract;
- The description of the share purchase program.
The Registration document is available on the AMF website (www.amf-france.org)
as well as on the Company's website (www.voltalia.com). Copies of the
Registration document are also available by phone at +33 (0) 1 44 63 14 40 or
