Voltalia launches the construction of a new wind farm in France

Voltalia (Euronext Paris, ISIN code: FR0011995588), an international player in
renewable energies, announces today the launch of the construction of the Sarry
wind farm (22 MW) in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.

With an installed capacity of 22 MW, the Sarry wind farm is located in Sarry
and Châtel-Gérard in the Yonne department. The wind farm consists in 11
Senvion wind turbines, each with a unitary power of 2 MW and benefiting from
the very good wind resources of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. The
project's revenues are secured under a 15-year contract for difference(1),
starting from the commissioning date, which is expected in the second semester
of 2019.

The construction of the wind plant will help attain the objective set by the
region in terms of renewable energy development, which aims at reaching 2 100
MW of wind energy by 2020(2).

The Sarry wind farm is the second project of Voltalia in the department, after
the Molinons (10 MW) wind farm commissioned in 2014(3). As for Molinons,
Voltalia's teams will oversee the construction and operation & maintenance of
the wind farm, further anchoring the Group's presence in the region.
