The intention with such a potential listing and move to a regulated market is to make the company more accessible to institutional investors, increase liquidity in the share, and further enhance the awareness and transparency of Xlife Sciences. In the case, a listing on SIX Swiss Exchange is completed, the trading of the shares of Xlife Sciences on the Munich Stock Exchange would need to be discontinued for regulatory reasons before the start of trading on SIX Swiss Exchange. The tradability for existing shareholders will be ensured in the case of a move to SIX Swiss Exchange. The company will provide a further update once a formal decision has been taken.
