     Consolidated sales for the first nine months period of 2010/2011 of
                     Züblin Immobilière France: EUR18.8m

Züblin Immobilière France today announced that its consolidated sales(1) for
the first nine months of its Financial Year 2010/2011 (from 01.04.10 to
31.12.10) reached EUR18.8m, out of which gross rental income amounted to
EUR17.5m.

Compared to the same period of the Financial Year 2009/2010, third quarter sales
(EUR6.3m) were down -6%, due to the decrease in occupancy rate between these two
periods.

For the first nine months of the Financial Year 2010/2011, consolidated sales
totalled EUR18.8m, out of which gross rental income amounted to EUR17.5m.

Tenancy situation

In December 2010, Züblin Immobilière France finalised a lease with a six years
firm term for the 1st floor of the Magellan building with National Instruments,
formerly a subtenant of Faurecia. Taking into account this lease, the Company's
portfolio occupancy rate was 93.9% at 31 December 2010, stable compared to 30
September 2010.

(1) Consolidated sales encompass gross rental income as stated in IFRS financial
statements + service charges invoiced to the tenants
