       Affine Bond Issue subscribed by the Fund Micado France 2018

On 7 November 2012 Affine will issue bonds amounting to EUR5,000,000 to be
subscribed by the Micado France 2018 fund managed by Portzamparc Management.
The bonds will bear fixed interest of 5.80% and will be redeemable in fine
when they mature on 2 October 2018.
They will be listed on the NYSE Alternext market.

The proceeds from this issue will help to fund the Group's strategic
development plan while diversifying its sources of finance.

This bond issue is part of the Micado France 2018 project, a contractual fund
invested in unrated bonds launched by Accola, Investeam and Middlenext and
which enables French intermediate size enterprises (ETIs) to trade on the
bond market.

Affine was assisted in this issue by Kepler Capital Markets advised by FIDAL.
