Affine welcomes McDonald's in its Quai des Marques shopping mall in Bordeaux

Affine has signed a lease agreement with McDonald's for the operating of a 335
sqm restaurant in its shopping mall Quai des Marques in the center of
Bordeaux.

Since the opening of the restaurant on 17 December, McDonald's has been
offering innovative services. Online ordering, easy order counters and a new
layout that smoothen the flow of service, while the waiters welcome and guide
customers in making their choices.

With the opening of its tenth restaurant, the brand is consolidating its
presence in the Bordeaux metropolitan area close to the new Bassins à Flots
neighbourhood, along the Garonne and next to the new Cité du Vin premises.

The commitment of this new brand further enhances the interest of the venue,
given its unique location in the heart of Bordeaux, which best suits a perfect
shopping & balade experience; the new restaurant brings to 11 facilities the
food and beverage offering. Easily accessible both from the city centre and the
outskirts, this shopping centre specialises in outlets shops under the Quai des
Marques banner, offering premium brands at affordable prices under one
umbrella.

(Système à Règlement Différé or 'SRD') (long only). They are included in
the CAC Mid&Small, SIIC IEIF and EPRA indexes. Banimmo is also listed on NYSE
Euronext.
