2013 COMBINED ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Procedures for providing preparatory documents
BOURBON shareholders are invited to participate in the 2013 Combined Ordinary
and Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 28 at 3 p.m. at
Eurosites George V, 28 avenue George V, 75008 Paris.
The Notice of Combined Shareholders' Meeting, including the agenda, draft
resolutions and information on the main participation and voting procedures,
was published in the April 18, 2013 issue of the BALO ("Bulletin des Annonces
Légales Obligatoires"), the French legal gazette BALO.
This notice is available on the Group's website:

The documents referred to in Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code
have been available online to shareholders from the time the invitation is
issued, as required by the applicable regulations.
