2014 COMBINED ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Procedures for providing preparatory documents
BOURBON shareholders are invited to participate in the 2014 Combined (Ordinary
and Extraordinary) Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 20th
2014 at 3 p.m. at Eurosites George V, 28 avenue George V, 75008 Paris.
The notice of Combined Shareholders' Meeting, including the agenda and proposed
resolutions that will be submitted to shareholders for approval, as well as
meeting participation procedures, was published in the April 11th 2014 issue of
the French legal gazette "Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires" (BALO).

The documents referred to in Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code are
included in the 2013 registration document, also available on the Group's
website, and are made available to shareholders in accordance with current

75002 Paris.
Other documents and information about the Combined Annual Shareholders' Meeting
are available to shareholders in accordance with current legal and regulatory
