London, UK, 1 December 2021 - Coinsilium Group Limited (AQSE: COIN) (OTCQB: CINGF), the Blockchain, and Open Finance venture builder, hereby announces that it was informed on 1 December 2021 by Great North Star International Inc that it has acquired 4,580,000 ordinary shares, taking its holding to 10,830,000 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company, representing 6.19% of the 174,748,235 ordinary shares with voting rights.
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Coinsilium hereby announces that it has 174,748,235 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The figure of 174,748,235 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
