EQS-Ad-hoc: DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen / Key word(s): Quarter Results According to a preliminary analysis, sales, earnings and bookings of DATA MODUL AG declined in the third quarter of 2023, compared to the results achieved in the same period of the previous year. Background for the decline are the tense economic conditions, especially in Germany, as well as the overall cost increase. Group-wide EBIT in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023 amounted to EUR 6.8 million, marking a decline of approx. 31% in comparison to the record result in the same period of the previous year (EUR 9.8 million). Sales in the third quarter of 2023 were reduced by approx. 4% to EUR 72.7 million in comparison to EUR 76.0 million for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2022. Bookings declined by approx. 29% to EUR 61.3 million in comparison to EUR 85.8 million for the same period of the previous year. The company will publish the definitive results for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023 on November 3, 2023.
