Cessation of stock exchange trading on Xetra Bocholt, September 26th, 2023 [15:23 hours] - The Company has received notice today that due to the filing of an application for insolvency proceedings of Gigaset AG, trading of the Gigaset share on the stock exchange trading venue Xetra has been suspended. The reason for this is that the Company has lost its CCP (Central Counter Part) eligibility, which is a prerequisite for Xetra trading. The Company has also received an ex officio hearing from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange regarding the revocation of admission to the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard). The Executive Board of the Company now expects that the management of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will make use of the possibility to revoke the admission to the Prime Standard. The revocation does not affect the admission to the regulated market (General Standard). However, the Executive Board points out that the management of the stock exchange may revoke the admission of securities to trading on the regulated market if orderly stock exchange trading is no longer guaranteed in the long term and the management has discontinued the listing on the regulated market. From the Executive Board's point of view, it cannot be excluded that with the opening of insolvency proceedings of Gigaset AG or with the progress of the insolvency proceedings a revocation of the admission to trading on the Regulated Market ex officio is to be expected.
