hep ensures business continuity after cyber attack; delay in publication of annual financial statements 2022 The investigation into the cyber attack is still ongoing. It is already foreseeable that the publication of the audited consolidated financial statements 2022 will not take place until after June 30, 2023. For this reason, in accordance with § 7 (b) of the terms and conditions of the bond 2021/2026 (ISIN: DE000A3H3JV5), the interest rate for the interest period from November 18, 2023 to May 17, 2024 will temporarily increase by 1 percentage point from 6.5% p.a. to 7.5% p.a.
