Muehlhan AG share buyback program ending on September 6, 2023
Hamburg, August 30, 2023—The share buyback program of Muehlhan AG (Open Market; ISIN DE000A0KD0F7; WKN A0KD0F), which began on June 28, 2023, will end at midnight (CEST) on September 6, 2023. Up until this time, the shareholders of Muehlhan AG still have the opportunity to sell their Muehlhan shares to Muehlhan AG for €1.75 per share (excluding ancillary acquisition costs). An offer to this effect has been distributed to all shareholders of Muehlhan AG via the custodian banks. Following completion of the share buyback program, Muehlhan AG intends to delist from the stock exchange. Following this, the shares will only be tradable to a very limited extent. Further details regarding the share buyback offer can be found in the offer document issued by the company.
