ORCHESTRA PREMAMAN BELGIUM SA
Following press release dated September 26, 2019, Orchestra-Prémaman announces
that it has obtained on March 11, 2020 a judgment for the change of judicial
reorganisation proceedings with collective agreement to a transfer under
judicial authority in favour of Orchestra-Prémaman Belgium SA for a six- month
period. Orchestra-Prémaman also obtained on March 11, 2020 a judgment for the
opening of judicial reorganisation proceedings with transfer under judicial
authority in favour of Orchestra Belgium Sprl for a six-month period.
Information will be regularly disclosed to the market all along the progress of
these proceedings.
About judicial reorganisation proceedings under judicial authority
The judicial reorganisation proceedings with transfer under judicial authority
allows a transfer to one or several third parties of a part or all of the
company of its activities.
Thus transfer under judicial authority is a way to maintain a part or all of
the company or of its activities as part of the judicial reorganisation.
Orchestra-Prémaman Group reaffirms its purpose to maintain 19 stores in
Belgium and save more than 200 jobs.
