CNIM today announced the sale of the Babcock Wanson subsidiaries to FCDEParis - July 20, 2016 - CNIM today announced the sale to FCDE (Fonds de
Consolidation et de Développement des Entreprises) of the Babcock Wanson
subsidiaries (excluding Babcock Wanson Morocco) for EUR57 million. This planned
divestiture, which was announced on May 24, 2016, remained subject to customary
closing conditions and to the completion of the consultation process with
employee representative bodies in France.
CNIM welcomes the fact that Babcock Wanson, with the support of a new
shareholder respectful of its industrial and human capital, continues
developing in France and internationally.
