Non-exclusive discussions with the italian group Mondadori
REWORLD MEDIA is in non-exclusive discussions within the framework of a
non-binding agreement with the Italian group MONDADORI with a view to a
possible acquisition of Mondadori France.
Depending on the outcome of the discussions, the continuation of the
discussions will give rise to a detailed communication in due course.
